Introducing our ShipperConnect Web Product

ShipperConnect is our new Web based customer portal.   ShipperConnect allows you to communicate directly with us via the internet.  With our ShipperConnect product you can track and manage your shipments in real-time.  You can enter bills of lading, check status of shipments, view railcar inventory and even release railcars to us.  RailAmerica is rolling out ShipperConnect in phases during the remainder of 2010 and early 2011.  We will be hosting introductory demonstrations and training for our customers throughout North America via our Town Hall Meetings.  Customers will receive RSVP invitations prior to our scheduled ShipperConnect roll-outs.  After your introduction to ShipperConnect, our E-Commerce Team will be in touch to get you signed up and walk you through the tools that you will want to use in doing business with our Railroads.   We look forward to offering this new product to our customers and as always, appreciate your business.
